CEO Day - a day of working on your own business Set a day once a month, or once a week or twice a month, when you deal with tasks related only to your business. On such a day, spend 2-3 hours on a strategic session - think about what you are doing, where you are going, what you want to achieve in the coming weeks. Determine what activities you will focus on to achieve your goal. Write down specific actions and give them implementation dates. In your next time blog, set aside 2-3 hours to write down, do some of it (e.g. reply to outstanding emails and messages), and then plan to do all those little jobs you want to do but never have time for. During this session, you can write down tasks that you can then delegate to the virtual assistant. Also check your blog and social media statistics and analyze them in terms of activities that brought the best results at a given time. Write down the activities that significantly influenced the development of your company.
Give up what did not bring the expected results. At the Phone Number List end of each month on CEO Day, take stock of your activities (including a financial summary). 7. Organize the files on your computer Get into the habit of keeping your computer or cloud storage organized. It doesn't have to be a system of marking everything "on the line". This is supposed to be your way of keeping your files organized so that you can find the files or materials you need in just a few moments. You can use funny markings for individual files as long as they are fully understandable to you. So that you don't have to spend too much time wondering what is where and why it is there and not where it should be. For me, the system generally looks like this: current customers, weekly – no. week, company (business, services, design, marketing), my courses, useful materials, inspirations, screenshots. Thanks to this system, I am clear about what is where.
Summary Did you like this material? That's great! I hope that you will apply my tips in your business and feel the difference in the form of time saved, peace of mind and order in your business. Remember: what your business will look like in a month, half a year or a year depends solely on you. It's the decisions you make today that matter most. You don't have to change everything right away, but you can decide: I want to improve my actions to do my job better. I keep my fingers crossed for you, because in business (as in life) there is always something to improve Hello New Year! Today, get ready for a post from a series of summaries, because I will want to summarize the previous year of work. I don't know about you, but I really like such summaries and I enjoy reading the summaries of others, so the opportunity to share my conclusions, as well as successes and failures, with you is a nice experience! However, before we move on to individual points, I wanted to let you know that this summary consists of two parts: a summary of my activities in 2020 (as this blog entry.
